Super Safety Mum

Super Safety Mum was created from the intersection of two roles: being a parent and an experienced emergency nurse. With over 20 years in healthcare, I’ve seen how quickly situations can change, and how early action before reaching hospital can make a life-saving difference. I’ve also seen the impact when people feel unsure in an emergency and say, “If only I knew what to do.” As both a mum and a nurse, I wanted to share practical, supportive knowledge to help others feel calm and confident rather than fearful. Super Safety Mum provides real-life education and simple, practical skills so parents, carers and community members feel prepared without overwhelm or judgement. The goal is that in just a couple of hours, people leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more confident in their ability to respond if something unexpected happens, because the right knowledge, shared well, can make all the difference.
