Director of OT with Tahls & Registered Occupational Therapist

Tahls is the Occupational Therapist behind OT with Tahls. She graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and has completed her Certificate III & IV in Fitness through the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers in 2021.Tahls often spends her time coaching group fitness classes at hiit republic and as an Occupational Therapist, bettering the lives of countless individuals and families.

Tahls works with children diagnosed with cerebral palsy, hemiplegia, quadriplegia, brachial plexus injury, down syndrome, congenital limb differences, prematurity-related developmental delays, neuromuscular conditions such as spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injury, seizure disorders, epilepsy, palliative care, and genetic and rare conditions such as Angelman syndrome, Rett syndrome, Pitt Hopkins syndrome and chromosomal deletions or duplications.

Tahls is experienced in equipment prescription, helping families access the right supports to build independence, improve comfort, and increase participation in everyday life. She is always developing her skills, taking pride in staying up-to-date to provide the highest level of care for her clients.
